Trash Service Company? What is the pick up day(s)? Where does it get picked up at? Is there recycling?

What internet service has been used at the property?

If applicable, who is currently taking care of the lawn? How much does it cost?

What keys will you be providing?

Please specify number of door keys, garage remotes, mail keys, etc. Any missing keys? Note: we keep spare keys in a secured lockbox at our office

Is there a security system? Is there a NEST or smart thermostat?

If there is a security system, is the security system optional for the tenant to use and how much does it cost you? Please send any transfer/set up instructions, if possible.

We typically charge a $350 pet deposit per pet and a $25/m pet fee per pet
